If necessary, a readjustment can be carried out – very precisely – in order to influence batch variations in the dispensing material. The scale division is optimized for this purpose. The reference marking is positioned to be clearly visible regardless of the valve’s mounting position.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fluid contacting components can be aligned in 90° steps independently of the actuator. In its standard configuration, the nozzle area to the outer housing contour is accessible from three sides, at a distance of 10mm. Thus, allowing an integration even in constrained spaces.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe fluid body (fluidic) and heating element are designed to ensure exceptional accessibility and visibility of the substrate with the nozzle for the operator, while also providing optimal heat transfer deep into the nozzle area. The heating element is designed as an independent, separate module.
