mta solvent / non-filled: high chemical resistance, not for abrasive materials e.g. isocyanate (PU), UV acrylate, solvents, anaerobic adhesives.

Product description

The CFD-3-PEEK dispensing kit 30 uses progressive cavity pump technology and offers a high level of versatility. It enables precise volumetric dispensing for 0.35ml/turn for low to high viscosity mono-component materials, as well as filled materials. The system is particularly suitable for anaerobic adhesives and chemically agressive materials, thanks to its PEEK construction.

The kit includes a motor, a dispenser and mounting flanges – described in detail in the related equipment tab below.

Depending on the size and type of material to be dispensed, the rotor and stator are available in various materials to ensure mechanical and chemical compatibility with a large range of fluids. Both parts must be selected from the charts below.
