Rotor CFD-2 0,14 ml/tour revêtement DLC passif

The CFD-2 rotor supports a dispensing volume of 0.14 ml/turn. This rotor unit is designed for stators with identical construction, ensuring seamless compatibility and reliable performance.

It features a single-stage rotor for a wide range of conveying applications and includes an integrated drive unit with a highly flexible shaft. The shaft coating is exceptionally resilient and adaptable, delivering excellent results even with challenging materials.

The rotor is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel 1.4571 (V4A). It is finished with a finely ground, hard chrome-plated and passive DLC coated surface for superior durability. The drive unit is also hard chrome-plated at the seal seat and precision-ground for optimal performance. Pressed bearings and advanced coating materials ensure long-lasting reliability and efficiency in every application.
