The Premier dispensing syringe barrel kits from MTA Components include 5 cc syringe barrels and matching white pistons, conveniently packaged together with the pistons supplied separately (not pre-inserted). Manufactured from low-friction polypropylene, the silicone- and chloride-free syringe barrels ensure high dispensing accuracy, repeatability, and process efficiency. Designed for compatibility with industry-standard dispensing equipment, the kits support a maximum operating pressure of 100 psi.
Product description

The integrated Double Helix Luer Lock connection provides secure and reliable attachment of dispensing tips.

The syringe barrels are available in three color options:


  • Natural (Transparent): Ideal for general-purpose dispensing applications, allowing clear visibility of the material inside.

  • Dark Amber: Protects light-sensitive materials from UV and visible light up to 520 nm while maintaining visibility of the syringe contents.

  • Black: Provides complete UV and visible light protection, making it ideal for dispensing UV-sensitive materials.
