Featuring a double helix thread and universal Luer Lock connection, these dispensing tips ensure a secure and reliable attachment to industrial syringes and dispensing valves.
The specially designed smooth internal fluid path minimizes flow turbulence, reduces air entrapment, and helps prevent unwanted dripping caused by back pressure. The flash-free dispensing orifice ensures precise and repeatable material application.
Available in sizes down to 27 gauge, the TT Series also enables highly precise micro-dot dispensing for applications requiring extremely small material deposits.
The tapered dispensing tips are available in two versions:

Standard Tapered Tips: Manufactured from polyethylene (PE) with a UV-blocking additive to protect light-sensitive materials.

Rigid Tapered Tips: Manufactured from polypropylene (PP) with an opaque finish for UV protection. Their rigid construction makes them particularly suitable for automated dispensing applications.
Both versions are silicone-free and chloride-free.
